"Upon arrival found unit with power wires no connect to any electrical supply, inform this to the customer en order to work o the unit, the unit need to be connected to the electrical supply. Customer decision was removed the oven from the wall by themselves, and try to find the wire connector. Customer plug the unit to the right power. Test the unit and found the unit has a bad fuse. Replace a fuse and retest the unit and unit passes all the test at this time. Job complete.Additional lived unit. After replacing the tube was replaced the water dispenser is functioning and I recommended dumping the first batch of ice. Also I recommend running 3-4 gallons through the water dispenser to purge the entire water system in the refrigerator. After dumping ice the customer noticed a difference before even coming back. All tested ok. Job completed.
