Items on the Lowe shelf and bins are frozen. Called WPTS (7727620271) because I found a good frost pattern on the evaporator, the thermistors check ok In diagnostics. The units defrost thermostat is closed and the unit goes into a forced defrost cycle. The fans are running in test 3. I checked the unit and I found gaps in between the cabinet and the liner as well a gap in the upper corner of the freezer door gasket.
