Upon arrival found unit level and freezer door not closing smoothly. Adjusted cabinet level front feet so that unit now leans 1 to 2° backwards, giving the doors a better inclination to close. Removed freezer door and applied silicone grease to upper and lower hinge to promote an easier slide for the door to close. Reassembled and tested both doors now. Close smoothly and evenly, allowing for proper door seal. Verified customer is not over loading the product. No parts used or needed. No charge to customer. Job complete."

"Upon arrival found unit with error code F9E1 and F10E2 about draining problem and vent. Check the unit and erase the error code, found the unit doesnt have any high loop on the drain hose, this is causing failure on the unit. Informed the customer they need it at the loop or the air gap in order to the unit working properly. This because the universe start getting a come elation on the drain hose by the disposal, and dont let the dishwasher drain properly. Job complete."
