"Upon arrival found unit no cooling properly on the fresh section. Check the evaporator and found is cover on ice. Call tech line due the many visits over the years. Tech line after the test, on the 3 way valve, the unit is no sending any extra cooling to the top when the 3 way is on freezer mode. Check the thermistor on the fresh food, and the readings are 22.5 M ohms, this is way out of range. The recommendation for tech line is replace the fan assembly with the harness. Inform this to the customer. Replace the evaporator fan assembly. Retest the unit and now unit is working properly. Job complete SR: 7736803693"
