JB out 1/25/23. Found unit only slightly defrosted but enough to remove FC evaporator cover. Installed replacement RC Defrost Sensor (Thermistor) WPW10384183 and Clip W11546694. Ran diagnostics and verified Step #5/Defrost Sensor now Passes. Also ran step #13 and verified successful Defrost heater function. Reassembled evaporator cover and unplugged unit. Instructed customer to allow refrigerator to remain UNPLUGGED with FREEZER DOOR OPENED FOR 24-36 hours to allow for COMPLETE DEFROST. THEN WIPE UP AND WATER NOT CAPTURED IN TOWELS PLACED ON FLOOR(TO PROTECT WOODEN FLOORING). Then plug unit in and allow 8-10 hours of run time BEFORE storing perishable foods in freezer or refrigerator. No charge to customer. JOB COMPLETE
