"Customer states that at one point the unit was dripping water into the tub without the unit being on and has left some loads sopping wet for three days. Checked for faults,7-6( motor fault) 7-7( target rpm) 0-2(oversuds) and ran a service test. Unit passed the service test. The only codes I see would have to do with the drive system but it checks ok. The only thing I could think of that would cause a drip that would stop by itself would be varying water pressure. The unit is on a well on top of a hill. Replaced valve and tested.. unit checks ok."

Checked out unit. Unit had a lot of water in it. Full of suds. Found drain tube was clogged and not allowing the drain to flow properly. Cleaned out and unit is now working correctly l as designed. But explained to customer a drain needs to be put in correctly. Needs a air gap so it will flow. Job completed. No parts needed. Unit read over suds and stuck button.
