Had another appliance company attempt to repair my new oven - the doors were locked from the "self cleaning" mode. They could not.........So Appliance Repair Specialists to the rescue or at least Jesus to the rescue. He used a "MacGyver" method of using the "old coat hanger" trick! I think Chase is a great guy, but my problem with my ice maker has not been resolved even though Chase has installed new parts the problem still continues. Cost and pricing in your question I would not know.

My expensive Kitchen Aid refrigerator is a lemon 🍋 I have two years of repairing of most parts of this lemon refrigerator. No amount of service experiences stars ⭐️ can help it. Take it out of my house.

I like the way company did their business. They called to confirm appts also you can go online to confirm or reschedule so very convienent Irvin did a great job he had to come out a second day with some parts and the washer up and running quickly, which was great because I had to work after so I list very minimal time. The tech was wonderful, worked quickly and was very knowledgeable. He did need to make a return call because he did not have the necessary part. I did inform the service center of what was happening with the washer. The tech was not given the information I provided and came unprepared to complete the first service call. A second appointment was made, but the tech was unable to make this call due to time restrictions. A third call was scheduled and the repair completed. The communication to the tech needs improvement as well as the logistics for service in specific areas. Both of these improvements would eliminate time lost on both ends.

As an electrical technician I was very impressed with Chris’s knowledge to the point of even correctly ordering the parts ahead of time. He predicted the loud buzz was due to a shorted diode. He was correct and I kept the shorted diode for proof. All in all a great experience for this customer. Thanks much!

Overall service was great. Only complaint is that on the initial service call technician wasn’t supplied correct details of the fridges issues and came with only ice maker repair parts. So being without a fridge for an additional week could have been prevented.

This company needs to work on being more professional and care about the customers. It took over a month to get my refrigerator drawer fixed. The technician Erick showed up early to the appointment but did not fix it and when I called he could not return to fix it. I scheduled another appointment but Erick did not show up nor did he call to let me know he wasn't coming. When I spoke with the dispatcher supervisor Joel perez, he said Erick went ahead and ordered parts for the drawer even though he had told my elderly mother that he has fixed it the first time. I made many attempts to contact his supervisor but he never cared enough to follow up. The only person that was helpful was Joel Perez. This is the worst service and customer service I've ever received. I've already contacted the better business bureau to file a complaint with this company.

It took longer t get the part than I thought it would take but I was kept informed of the progress. BUT I am totally appalled at the cost to repair my oven. The trip out and diagnoses was 115.00 which seems too high but I thought that would be applied to the cost of the part and repair. This turned out not to be true so I paid another 438.70 for the repair a total of 553.70 which is, in my opinion quite high for a small electronic part, he didn't even have to pull the oven out. just unscrewed a few screws on the front panel.

Customer service was difficult to speak to, cut you off to talk over you, every time we talked. Told me my Appointment was a suggestion, then called the day before to tell me they weren't available, BOTH TIMES THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENTS.. so very frustrating. Then showed up when they called to tell me they were not available, so I wasn't home But, my ice maker works now... at least it wasn't my washing machine.

George knew immediately what was wrong, which was all my fault for not pulling the freezer drawer from the center. I had gotten it off track and caused snow buildup due to an improper seal. He realigned the drawer and cleaned up all the snow. He even showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again. Great guy - friendly and cheerful.

Fortunately, I paid for a protection plan as the washer is only 2 yrs. old and this is the 2nd service call. I am NOT pleased with the Maytag product! George provided great service. I was very disappointed with Maytag though. George had to replace parts on a brand new stove, then he had to come back and replace the brand new part he replaced on the brand new stove. By calculation it seams Maytag has an issue with their parts due to only 1/3 of certain parts work. Thank god for it being still under warranty. I am afraid of thins to come when Maytag's warranty runs out. I cannot really answer the last 2 questions of the survey due to the stove being under warranty. To sum it up: Appliance Repair Specialists = GOOD Maytag = BAD
