Samson is great to work with so much so I tell the vendors who administer the warranty that I’d prefer they use Appliance Repair Specialist for warranty work. The few times I needed warranty work they were agreeable. Samson is very knowledgeable and gives you an honest evaluation of the problem. Doesn’t leave a mess so when he’s finished the area is as clean as before he started.

I bought the stove brand new little over a year ago for only $400 brand newYou guys are charging me in ridiculous price of $600 more than what. I paid for. I will never recommend anyone for your service.
The service tech did not diagnose. Anything only looked at two codes on YouTube which I did already got charged $145.

It gives me great pleasure to say that Appliance Repair Specialist was wonderful with their communication in making sure that this appointment succeeded. My washer machine’s laundry lid didn’t want to open after finishing a machine wash cycle clean. Also, my washer machine remained on Sensor along with the lock function. Technician Samson went right to work and he didn’t take long either. Some parts needed to be replaced because of the possibility of heavy usage. Samson was very efficient in explaining the problem cause and the solution to solve it. I was able to start washing some laundry that very day. Thank you, “Now that’s what I’m talking about making things move and happen!”
