The unit is under extended warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the unit not draining or doing anything. No noise coming from unit. I found the drain pump cam disconnected and was the reason for the f9e1 failure. I reinstalled the con and verified operation on the auto test in diagnostics step 51. All functions are now working properly after repair. Job completed.

I checked temps first and found the refrigerator section at 40-38 degrees. The freezer checked at 7 degrees. I tried running different components in diagnostics to see what components could be causing the unit to turn on and off and all components worked. There is an issue with the speaker on the user interface no longer operating. Also the fan in the freezer is known for turning the refrigerator on and off. Case number is 23201231. New case number is 23202426. The unit is under manufacture warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the microwave unresponsive and no display. On arrival found indeed there is no display at all. I removed the microwave and set on the table and connected with an extension cord and the unit turned on. While the unit turns on the unit does operate and heat. But then the screen will just go blank and not respond or operate. I called tech line and determined that it could be the interlock so I replaced it and same issue persist. I called tech line again and found voltage coming from control to the user interface checked good at the control and the quick disconnect going to the user interface. The recommendation is to replace the door currently. The door is on back order so the office will be reaching out to the customer to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11796533 (Door mw)

The unit is under extended warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the ice maker not producing ice and the gasket for the refrigerator section torn and no monger sealing. Also the ice maker had some ice stuck in the rake preventing the ice maker from cycling. I removed the ice and reinstalled and now the ice maker just goes round and round without stopping or adding any water. I came back today and replaced both refrigerator gasket and the ice maker. After replacing the ice maker it now cycles and fills with water. All functions restored and working. Job completed.

The unit is under manufacture warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is not heating and making a loud noise. Found the unit is indeed not heating. I checked power at the high side starting at the transformer and that checked ok at 121 volts. I replaced the diode to see if that resolved the issue but it didnt. I came back today and replaced the magnetron and that restored to heating of the unit. Also it is no longer making the abnormal sound it was making while running. All functions restored and working properly. Job completed.

The customer is under extended warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the 7nit off balance/ shaking. Found the basket rounded out and causes the off balance. The unit is leveled and the suspension rods pass the test. The basket to too rounded out and wobbly. Also there is oil leakimg from the transmission so will need to replace that as well. The user interface test failed and so it will need a new console for that. It is giving a f2e1 for that. The basket is on back order currently and will require an authorization for the repair.
