The unit is under extended warranty and ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERED so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is they went on knobs melted. The address on file is incorrect and none of the houses on the street have that address. I will be proactive and order the knobs needed. Please reach out the the customer and get there actual address so we can get there issue addressed. The unit is under extended warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the washer leaking. Sometimes its a lot and sometimes its a little water that leaks. I ran diagnostics and found no error codes stored. I ran a test on the valve to check for leaks and no leaks found from the valve. So I drained the water from the test and found the drain stem backing up. That is the source of the water leak the customer is experiencing. I recommended the customer call a plumber to get the issue resolved. I ran a diagnostic cycle and verified all components functioning just fine. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERED. Job completed.

The unit is out of warranty and the customer already payed the 145 trip and diagnostic fee. The customer complaint is they went on vacation and when they came back the house keeper possibly changed the settings on the refrigerator per customer. Found the temp units was changed from Fahrenheit to Celsius by mistake and the temperature was set to 34 two degrees above the freezing point. I Changed the temp from Celsius to Fahrenheit and raised it to the recommended at 38 and saved the change. I recommend the customer wait 24-48 hours to notice a difference If any other issues arise I recommended to call back. All functions tested ok. Job completed and no further charges.

Found the new control that I installed last week is only locking the door and filling slightly and then leaves door locked and the customer has to unplug and plug it back in, in order for the unit to unlock. I replace the control and there are two new error codes present. First is a f3e2 pressure system fault. Second is a f8e1 long fill error code. I called tech line because this is the second board installed and still having issues. Tech line said they recommend replacing the lower harness and the control again. Found the unit has a f5e3 error code stored and when running a diagnostic cycle the filling and draining portion worked but the wash and the spin requires the lock to operate in order to function. I came back today and replaced the faulty lid lock assembly. After doing so I ran a diagnostic cycle and now the door is able to lock and proceed with the cycle. All functions restored and working properly. Job completed.

The unit is out of warranty but there is a special project code that covers the entire repair. S code is S153EB. The customer complaint is the washer draining continuously. Found a f3e1 error codes stored. I replace the defective main control main and verified operation in diagnostics. All functions are now working properly. I also recalibrated the new control so its all reset. All functions restored and job completed.

The unit is under manufacture warranty so no charges for the service. The customer complaint is the refrigerator making an abnormal noise while running but not all the time. I ran a few inspections on the condenser and found several areas were the metal condenser was rubbing and vibrating against the metal bracket underneath it. I added insulation above and below the condenser in the front and behind the unit. There are no abnormal noises at this time. I recommend the customer call back if the noise persists. The sealed system is ok and not an issue at this time job completed.

I ran a cycle and no heat what so ever and a loud noise while operating as well. I tried the diode first and same issue persist. I removed the microwave and removed the wrap. I replace the magnetron and ran a cycle with the unit still apart and the unit is now heating. I reinstalled the wrap and reinstalled the unit. I ran several test and the unit is now heating consistently. Job completed.
