"Upon arrival, inspected unit tried to put unit into diagnostics unit would not go into diagnostics due to front control panel not being 100% responsive looked up new control panel and control board. Both parts are no longer available. Unit is no longer repairable due to parts not being available anymore advise customerthat her warranty company would be in contact with her within 3 to 5 business days. Unit is covered under whirlpool third-party contract. Zero dollars is collected job complete.; ordrng 1 WPL8269946NLA (Control panel) and 1 WPL8528172/NLA (Control board/NLA)"

The appliance repair specialist walked in and without looking at the dishwasher and wanting to help and see if he could adjust the door springs immediately said well that’s just the way it is. He proceeded to talk down to me, offended me by saying we picked a cheap model of dishwasher, and acted like he didn’t care to be of service or help solve the problem in any way. I put down a sheet so he wouldn’t damage my new wood floors and he proceeded to move that away and set his power tool on the new floor and then drops the drills out of the power tool after finishing that also could have caused damage to my brand new floor. His whole attitude was terrible from the moment he walked in and did not represent a professional service repairman at all.
