Upon arrival inspected unit customer said that right front burner not lighting correctly does not light all the time during inspection found clogged orifice was able to clear obstruction in orifice tested unit right front burner is now lighting and operating as intended units covered under manufacturer warranty zero dollars was collected job

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found unit making loud howling noise during inspection found broken blower wheel had to cut blower wheel off motor shaft replaced motor and blower wheel reassembled unit tested unit. Unit is now heating and operating as intended units covered under third-party contract. Zero dollars was collected job complete."

Upon arrival replaced blacked out user interface tested unit unit passed test and is now operating as intended units covered under warranty zero dollars was collected job complete

Dropped log and freezer compartment need to pick up the data loggers in five days. Well schedule it for next Tuesday. Zero dollars was collected customer paid $145 service call prior to my visit.; schdld next appmnt for 6/16 TUE !

Upon arrival inspected unit found freezer lights out. Checked door switch door switch was working good ordering kit and LED strip units covered under warranty. Zero dollars was collected job complete; ordrng 1 W11226500 (Light assembly) and 1 W10876365 (LED strip)

On arrival inspected unit found unit with LED lights out during inspection found bad LED in freezer compartment used LED kit I had on my truck replaced LEDs tested unit is now operating and lighting as intended units covered under third-party contract. Zero dollars was collected.; used 1 W11632139 (Led kit) from stock

Call Ray inspected unit found unit with water and drip pan doing further inspection found spray arm had fallen off and not spraying correctly was able to reinstall spray arm cleared all water from float pan cleared error codes retested unit and diagnostics unit passed out test and is now operating as intended units covered under warranty zero dollars collected job complete

"Upon arrival, inspected unit found unit with some items on the top shelf and the shelf right below it frozen that were directly under the air. Darner vent advised customer that things in this area will freeze if they are directly under there explain to her to organize dairy and high water content items to the left side of the refrigerator will help them keep from freezing and then never block airways I did find that both doorhandles on fresh food compartment door and freezer compartment door were loose almost falling off was able to tighten up set screws on bothboth door handles are now securely tightened. Unit is operating as intended units covered under manufacture warranty. Zero dollars was collected job complete."
