I’m giving a 3 because there is always room for improvement. And in this particular case I felt the tech was a bit short, very matter of fact (when he was wrong), and his vibe was kind of rude. Im sure he sees several people a day and maybe that can be repetitive but in my personal experience with this service, the insurance company was great and it was super easy to file the claim but when the tech came out here he only had one order on the ticket from what he was saying, the rep from the insurance company assured me that there were two, which then made him have to come back out the following week to complete the entire request, which was a bit of an inconvenience having to take up two days rather than one. But it was the way he was conveying information, he was a little rude he seemed irritated. But the items were fixed in a timely manner and he arrived within the window of time for the repair.
