Microwave motor not working due to bird stuck in motor. Bird flew into microwave vent ducting and got stuck in the motor. Now the motor is not working. Took pictures of microwaves and bird and ducting and placed call to tech line to document. SR number 7730810536. Cons told me that builder would replace unit. Job complete
