I thought he was a bit rude and was rushing. Did not explain the damage well and I had to ask a lot of questions to get to the heart of it. He just gave the price and asked for my card. I would not like to work with him again.

Very satisfied with Leon...... pleasant and very professional. Met all our needs............said he had to find out if Whirlpool will authorize an electronic panel regarding the button for the ice-crusher. He mentioned that if the authorization was denied, I would not hear about it. That's the only "negative" on this visit. The above is not intended against Leon, but rather against Whirlpool. Leon was good he was polite knowledgeable and got the job done But it took him 3 visits and about 2 weeks from start to finish I blame the company management and there policy of not finishing the job on the same day or withIn a reasonable time

This was a great experience from start to finish. The scheduling people get it right. Leon showed up on time. He also had the parts needed to fix my dryer with him! I would Definitely recommend this company & Leon!!
