He was nice. He really did nothing. He looked on his computer for a solution. Had my husband turn off the power for 15 seconds. Told us it was dead, cannot get parts for it, what to buy and where to purchase a new one! He left and my husband and I trouble shot it online. He pulled off the front control panel and turned the power off for 15 minutes. It’s now working fine. I almost called you and requested my money back. I feel we did all the work the tech didn’t really want to do. Btw, you can still get after market parts for it.
