After calling the number, I had to hold for about 15 mins, then was told to leave a message due to high call volume. I received a call back the next day, was scheduled service 2 days later that was cancelled and delayed after the weekend. So it took 6 days to get an appt. Jordin the technician was very nice, said the washer was fixed. When I tried to wash a load later that day, the water still did not flow out. So I called again for an appt, waited 10 mins, was told to leave a message. Got an appt for 4 days later! I am still waiting for my second appt !
Very disappointed in the difficulty of making an appt and the length of time I need to wait on the phone as well as how manny days I need to wait for an appt!!!
