"Customer complaint is the unit is not draining the water. Unit is under warranty. Upon arrival, unit tub full of water. Found that harness rip was able to reconnect nets and get unit to drain water. We have to replace harness and also will have to order and replace lid latch assembly due to it being broken due to customer have to force open lid to get clothes out ; ordrng 1 W11513248 (Lid latch assembly)"

Customer complaint is that the unit is not making ice again. Unit is under warranty. on arrival found the unit was empty at the ice bucket. Tested icemaker tray and tray is twisting along with tested water dispensing at icemaker and water is reaching icemaker indicating fill tube not frozen over. Contacted Techline about issues and Techline advised that they want me to do service tip on replacing fill tube heater along with gaskets. Will be ordering parts to replace.File# 1007202429; ordrng 1 4056053871 (Fill tube heater) and 1 242095406 (Gasket)

Cx complaint is unit strike is missing. Unit in warranty. Phone unit with a missing strike. Will have to order and replace strike. ; ordrng 1 W10837741 (Strike)

Replaced faulty control board. Recalibrated and ran unit through diagnostics. Unit works as should. Job complete

"Upon arrival, customer advised that unit is still shaking a lot during all loads. Checked inside of panel and found that unit is hitting sides of walls will be ordering, suspension rods and returning with top cover to replace both. Do not want new cover breaking due to the unit being off balanced. ; ordrng 2 WH16X27179 (Left rod)s and 2 WH16X27180 (Right rod)s"

Cx complaint is unit won't heat properly. Unit in warranty. Upon arrival found unit had a main control fault code along with a stuck button error. Both control board related. Cancel button was unresponsive for me when exiting diagnostic mode. Cleared error codes. Will have to order and replace control; ordrng 1 WPW10340935 (Control board)

Customer complaint is that step on top shelf is freezing. Unit is under warranty. Advise customer that things on top shelf. Close to damper are going to freeze. Temperatures are good. Everything in fridge is fine. Customer is not able to reach temperature settings. Adjusted temperature for customer checked for any diagnostic error codes found none everything test good job complete.
