Cx complaint is that unit has water in tub on not draining and also making humming noise. Unit isn't in warranty customer paid COD trip and diag fee. Upon arrival was able to find that unit has a bad control board and pressure sensor as well as drain pump is broken and not pushing out water. Quoted Cx on parts and labor Cx declined for now. Job complete

Customer complaint is that unit will not drain. Unit is under warranty. Upon arrival found that unit had obstruction in hose causing drain issues. Removed obstruction and tested unit. Unit is now draining as should job complete.

Customer complaint is that unit is not making ice. Unit is under warranty. Upon arrival tested icemaker motor for harvest. Unit would not work indicating bad icemaker. Will be ordering and replacing icemaker.; ordrng 1 WR30X39470 (Ice maker) and 1 WR55X40445 (Control board)

"Customer complaint is that the unit is not dispensing fabric softener. Unit is warranty. Upon arrival selected cycle to dispense softener and tested unit with fabric softener and was not getting softener to rinse out. Valve is dispensing water but it's not rinsing out softener. Housing looks fine, but I'm not getting water too softener area in tray. Will order valve and dispenser housing assembly ; ordrng 1 W11734312 (Control board) and 1 W11680554 (Dispenser housing) and 1 W11680552 (Inlet water valve)"

Cx complaint was that unit ice maker won't work. Unit is in warranty. Checked unit and found that units water line was kinked stopping water from going through to ice maker. Re adjusted line and tested ice maker and ice maker is now working as should. Job complete

Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Unit is under warranty. Upon arrival found temp control good but found that start device is not kicking on compressor. Unit has power but compressor is not running. Start device does have voltage going to it indicating bad start device will be ordering and replacing start device.; ordrng 1 WP4387835 (Start relay) and 1 8201799 (Start relay) and 1 W10822278 (Timer)

Customer complaint was that the soap is not dispensing into the unit leaving dishes dirty. Unit is under warranty. Upon arrival found that dispenser module is not releasing pods. Will be ordering and replacing module.; ordrng 1 WPW10224428 (Dispenser module) and 1 WPW10084141 (Control board)

Customer complaint is that the unit will not rep cycles. Unit is under warranty. Upon arrival found that the unit has been suspension rods. We'll have to order a place suspension.; ordrng 1 W11400156 (Suspension)
