Extended warranty. Customer state unit was having water on the inside and just stop the cycle. Open arrival found unit with bad drain pump and latch. Replace both components latch and drain pump. Retest and now unit is working properly. Job complete.

This codes about lower oven sensor, main oven sensor and internal error. Check the unit and run test on sensor and are ok, this problem is coming from the control board. Replace control board and retest now unit is working properly. Job complete"

"In warranty. Customer states unit wasnt cooling properly and then they notice too much vacuum into the door causing, almost impossible to open. Upon arrival found unit cooling back as normal, but the excess of vacuum was present. Check the unit and found frost buildup on the back of the evaporator. Check the unit and found fan and heater are not working. This unit will need this two components. Replace fan and heater on the unit. Retest and now unit is working properly. Inform customer they need wait at least 24 hours for proper cooling. Job complete"

Replace the actuator, belt and cam on the unit due the noise was coming form the actuator. Retest and found the unit is having a bad gear case. This unit will need new gear case agitator and suspension. Upon arrival found unit on living room. Replace get case, suspension and agitator. Retest and now is working properly. Job complete"

In warranty. Customer states unit isnt closing all the way the door and needs to close hard. Upon arrival found unit with problem on the right hinge causing the failure. Readjust and retest now is closing properly. Additional customer states unit isnt showing the check vent on display. Check the unit and found lint wasnt remove. Inform the customer they need remove the lint for every load. Job complete
