"Extended warranty. Customer states unit ice maker isnt working and freezer is over cooling. Upon arrival found unit with bad thermistor on the fresh food compartment is reading 4.21 kohms. This is way too warm. Replace thermistor from truck stock and now is ready properly. Additional ice maker just keeps cycling constantly and not water, the ice maker is bad. Replace icemaker and retest now is working properly. Inform the customer they need wait at least 24 hours for ice production and 72 hours for proper cooling. "In warranty. Customer states unit isnt washing properly, agitator just barely moves. Upon arrival found unit with error code F0E3, this about over loading. Check the unit and notice the screw on the bottom for rotor was loose causing the unit not engaging properly the gear. Readjust and retest now unit is working properly. Job complete"
