Upon arrival found the unit over production of ice. Check the unit and found the thermistor is reading 7.4 khoms. Call tech line and after inspection found the problem is the control board and unit will need new one. SR: 7741910998 Nate; ordrng 1 W11034363 (Control board)

Upon arrival found unit not heating with the bake element. Check the unit and no error codes. Check the control board and relay wasnt working causing the bake not coming on. Replace the control and now unit is working properly. Job complete

Upon arrival found unit with drawers on the RC no closing properly. Check the unit and on the bottom found a blockage causing the issue. Remove and now is working properly. Top drawer is loose side by side. Inform the customer the this drawers are designed like that because the middle support is no holding by nothing on the bottom causing this movement. Job complete
