Felipe was very professional and informative. Very respectful and answered all my questions. He takes pride in his work. He made sure we were all safe with fixing the gas leak issue we were having from our new range that we just purchased. He diagnosed a faulty burner from the manufacturer and got us a new one within 2 days. He installed it himself and tested it to make sure it worked. Oven works great now. Thank you Felipe. 🙂
