I’ve used the oven once since the repair and it worked satisfactorily. Tech did not give me a receipt, and It required several phone calls for me to reach someone in your office to request a receipt. The $150 labor charge seems excessive for the length of time the repairman was here, and the $219.95 service call charge is outrageous. I had already paid a $75.00 service charge to a Whirlpool repairman which I was told would be applied when the service was performed. Well, it was not returned. I also had been told over the phone that your service charge was $125, but somehow I was charged 219.25??? In addition, you could better serve your customers by hiring more “representatives” who are always busy “assisting other customers” whenever potential customers try to reach you by phone.

The young man was very nice and surveyed the needs of the washing machine said he would order a new board and locking mechanism as there was a problem. Not sure when that locking board would come but I’m sure you will let me know.
