When the repair was scheduled, the tech arrived at our house with one out of two parts and mentioned a day he would be back. He didn't come back when he said he would. I called and made an appointment. A new ice maker was installed, but the bottom of the ice container is cracked. I emailed the company and they said I would have to make a new ticket. I had to go through Lowe's again and had to make an appointment with a different company. I'm glad it's all still under warranty, but it's all been unnecessarily complicated.
