Drain line Unit drain pump is faulty because the check valve in the drain line is faulty. It was full of dirty nasty water drain was loud and would not drain. Excess head pressure from cog drain line cost pump to go out. Unit will need a drain pump and new drain line as well as the control and the sump; rqstng P&A on 1 WPW10545278 (Drain hose)

Unit covered under extended warranty. Customers complaint is unit is banging around and is not spinning the clothes dry. Found unit with faulty suspension and stripped drive hub. Removed and replaced faulty suspension but did not have Drive hub. Will return for drive hub; ordrng 1 W10528947 (HUB)

Unit is in warranty. Customers complaint is unit is banging and walking in the spin cycle. Tested suspension and suspension. Failed test. Removed and replaced suspension and tested unit. Unit function is normal now.

Deewyre74@gmail.com The customer got red tagged for a CO2 leak when PG&E stopped by to do a random test. I did not have a CO2 detector so I could not perform any checks. Someone needs to come out with a CO2 detector. This customer is a little abrasive and was upset that I told my trainee that there was probably nothing wrong with the unit and she said that is extremely dismissive and she was very rude and hostile from that point. Please make sure the person that comes back has a CO2 detector and calls tech line and safety to make sure all the checks are done properly.; O-emld tckt

Unit is under warranty. Customers complaint is that unit would not spin. Upon arrival unit was giving a shifter fault code. Found shifter open. Removed and replaced shifter and calibrated and tested unit. Unit function is normal now.

Unit is covered under Costco additional one year warranty. Customers complaint is communication fault code. Removed and replaced main control board and tested unit. Fault code went away. Unit functions normal now

Unit is under warranty. Customers complaint is unit not draining. Found a broken wire harness at the drain pump making an intermittent contact and the drain pump was overheated. Removed and replaced wire harness and drain pump and tested unit. Unit functions normal now.
