"In warranty. Cx stated Noisy Spin.belt may be broken. making loud noises when it spins. cycle is stopping midway. Look for an error code and found a F0E8 water ring. Clear the code, look at the belt, belt is fine. did a auto test and unit pass test. Did a drain spin test and heard nothing. Did an calibration. Unit works."

In warranty. Cx stated unit drain pump keeps running and the door is lock. The unit is unplugged on arrival. I plugged unit in and the drain pump turned on right away and the door is lock. I tried to put unit in the diagnostics. Unit gave me an error code. Can you put it back in again? That code off of here cause I saw there was an error code F9E1 for a long drain ordering a control board and latch.

Our Washing Machine was making a really loud noise when shifting gears, it was not functioning properly so we called to have it repaired.
Our Service Technician was on time, because I am self employed I really appreciate that. He explained in detail what was wrong with the washer and showed us the part that had completely worn down to the plastic. He checked out the washing machine for other potential problems and everything else looked good. We are very happy with the great customer service with our technician . Thank you!
