It was not a great experience. 1st, the service guys were late to the appointment without notification, I had to call to find out. 2nd, I would appreciate if they put on shoe covers when entering the house with their shoes on because I had to clean up many dirty marks on the floor after they left. 3rd, they dented the microwave trim kit when replacing the dented microwave with the new one and asked me to contact Whirlpool regarding the trim kit which is odd. I am happy with the new microwave but not happy with the new dent which they have created on the trim kit.
