Tech was assigned as a helper;

Door handle broken and all parts but idle not in my part box.found out after we took dryer apart.also washer lid not locking adjust lid.reroute for parts.; ordrng 1 WE1M1068 (Door handle)

Dryer not accessible first time it was but customer push it back to corner and cannot take off front panel. Customer recommended on Saturday appointment or till 5/14/24; schdld next appmnt for 5/14 TUE AM

Kitchen-Aid refrigerator Model # KFIV29PCMS03. Complaint- not cooling. Diagnosis-compressor homed out of spec. Unit needs new compressor. , Removed and replaced compressor. Pulled vac. Charged unit with 5.5oz r134. Unit is cooling and working properly. ; used 1 R1200, and 6 R134; 1 8201675 (COMPRESSOR ).
