"Checked product temperatures , taped thermocouple to the thermistor.and took resistance readings in preparation for WPTS. The RC areas 5.44k ohm and @ 49.8 f . The product temperature ranged from 33-38f. Called(WPTS) 7736025407 who LITERALLY said the customer should play around with the temperatures, thats why there is a range of temperatures. They said that just because you you set the RC to 38f it is not unusual for there to be the variances I have seen. I was on hold for 30 minutes for that technical support(?). Let the customer know what WPTS said to do . This has been documented with WPTS a supervisor will be needed for any further service calls."

Removed drum and outlet housing. Installed new drum and housing. Found the drum is out of round . I tried to get this fixed but stopped after about a half hour. Used a fiber cloth to find rough areas on the original drum. Sanded off rough areas. Reassembled unit and tested. Unit checks ok.

The serviceman did everything possible, but this is a brand new refrigerator, and it isn't working properly. Even after 3 service calls, the machine still freezes everything inside the refrigerator. Upon calling his senior on the phone and explaining the situation, his answer was let him play with the settings. I believe we got a lemon, and I believe that the company should replace our refrigerator. It isn't proper business to handle your customers in this fashion. As far as the service goes, I can't say enough about him. He was friendly, and did his job professionaly. We are totally disapointed with this machine, and the proper thing to do, is to replace it.
