Was very impressed with Timothy's Professional attitude. He figured out our problem and fixed it as quickly as he could. Then stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly. We did have a scare last night however. The refrigerator had been running very loud. Gradually getting louder and louder. Then last night it quite. Going silent. Shortly after, it started up again, and has been running quite since. I had bought a thermometer to check the temperature. It is perhaps even a little to cold. Thank you again Tim for a job well done.

The serviceman did everything possible, but this is a brand new refrigerator, and it isn't working properly. Even after 3 service calls, the machine still freezes everything inside the refrigerator. Upon calling his senior on the phone and explaining the situation, his answer was let him play with the settings. I believe we got a lemon, and I believe that the company should replace our refrigerator. It isn't proper business to handle your customers in this fashion. As far as the service goes, I can't say enough about him. He was friendly, and did his job professionaly. We are totally disapointed with this machine, and the proper thing to do, is to replace it.
