Found belt loose and tweaked re tightened drive pulley tested unit unit is working as designed

"Customer states the IM is not working.Unit is under warranty.IM fill tube is frozen, tasks and parts for RFTT2509 are needed . Raised FC temp to 0*F. I could not get the tube to thaw with the fill tube heater. Heater is getting 13 VDC when tuned on.; ordrng 2 242095406 (Foam seal)s and 1 Partsresearch (Aluminum tape.)"

Customer states the unit is leaking into the drawer below.Unit is under extended warranty.Removed front panel and inspected for leaks. Found all evidence of leaks come from the dispenser. It is not leaking but spilling out the mouth. Customer is using the bulk dispenser. Advised customer to use the less setting or to dilute the detergent to avoid sudsing in the dispenser.
