Maytag dryer model number MGDX655DW2, not leveled. When tech arrived the complaint was unit wobbles when spinning, he secured heater exhaust vent to unit. Unit operates as intended.

Maytag washer model number MVWX655DW1, water on cold cycle is hot and doesn't spin and takes forever to drain. Pre-ordered W11127357/housing and W10876600/pump-water. When tech arrived he found inlet water lines to be on them wrong valves. Correctly installed water lines and ran through diagnostics. Found no faults. Customer instructed on loading procedure. Unit works as designed.
