The customer complaint was that the unit was not draining the water. Unit is under warranty. Tested the unit and found that unit had a bad pump motor unit had voltage going to pump but motor was just not cycling through draining water. Replaced drain pump motor and tested unit unit now functions properly with drainage. Job is complete.
