Customer concerned with noise levels of washer in spin cycle. I found that the hoses and drain hose are hitting rear panel causing very loud noise. I gave customer ideas to soften the sound of the hoses hitting the back panel and wall. I am unable to pull washer away due to drain pan. I secured drain hose inside cabinet to help with noise. All tests good.

Unit not making ice in upper ice maker and reseting on its own. I found that the FC shelving was not sitting on the adapters properly and caused an air leak. This caused fan motor to reset over and over incased in ice and warm temps n FC caused frozen water line at upper ice maker. I corrected door and tested. All tests good.
