"Unit is in warranty. (2nd year builder). Customer stated that the unit will not power on. I tested for proper voltage. Proper voltage present. Per wiring diagram the 20a fuse or cavity thermostat will cause no voltage to main control.allow 3 job count to remove microwave. Removed and replaced fuse and it popped immediately. Ordering main control, innerlock assy and 2 more fuses. ; ordrng 1 W11662685 (Innerlock) and 2 W11707984 (20a fuse)s and 1 W11705239 (Cntrl elec)"

Unit is covered under extended warranty. Customer stated that the washer will not drain. I tested unit and found unit not draining and voltage present at drain pump. I removed drain pump and nothing was inside but pump just humming. Failed drain pump. Removed and replaced pump. All tests good.

I inspected and found that the trim broke during normal use. No signs of physical damage. Removed and replaced vent assy. All tests good.
