Replaced the water valve and unit didnt work still. I believe the housing is the problem. I didnt hear a suction when entering the filter. Ordering part now ; ordrng 1 EDR3RXD1 (Water filter) and 1 W11463083 (Resvoire) and 1 WPW10121140 (Housing) and 1 2man (Idk if you have to pull this unit to do the filter housing)

"Upon arrival inspected unit and found unit was not agitating. Replaced shifter, actuator cam, and capacitor. Unit seems to be working as intended now ran a test load with towels to make sure the unit is agitating and all ops are normal job complete."

M/O KITCHENAID KOCE500EBS07 Customer is concerned of lower oven not heating up. I checked the unit and I found the oven not receiving 120 VAC from L2. Advised to the customer to call an electrician to restore power to the oven. Tested ok.
