Used heat gun to adjust the gasket back in shape, tested, door is making a complete seal, working as designed. Job completed."

"UNDER WARRANTY- CX stated, Running Too Long. Runs too long and clothes still damp. Used test kit to test air flow, which failed due to a clogged flex hose and dryer vend duct in home. Disconnect the flex vent hose from dryer tested, again passing without a problem, unit heats and tumbles just fine, u it working to spec. Advised customer to have dryer vent duct cleaned by a professional to avoid further issues. Unit working to spec. Job completed."
