"7740940888CX is complaining that the unit will not heat properly and that the top right burner wont go on high. Upon diagnosis I found the gas to be coming in as a sputter. Call Tech Line and found out that they need a new gas regulator. Unfortunately, that part is no longer service for this unit. to fix the low flame on the burner. Customer will need a new manifold piece. ; ordrng 1 W10625027 (VALVE-BRNR)"

"On arrival inspected unit unit did not give any error codes but when you were trying to run a cycle, the motor would not turn on in diagnostics or in a normal cycle. Replaced motor tested unit unit passed all tests and is working as intended. Job complete."
