He was on time. Didn't seem very friendly. We kept having discussion about color, he kept saying it was blue and I said my stove isn't blue so I don't want a blue replacement part. Turns out it was a blue flim, which he did not bother taking off to check drawer out. He also was going to leave without putting knobs back on stove. Seemed shocked when I asked him to do it. Seemed in a hurry to leave. Glad parts were replaced, but wouldn't want him coming back.
