I will keep sending my original reply for your survey as long as you keep requesting a response. When will you quit doing this? "Your company requested a survey reply: 01-09-20 Our reply: “It is now Friday (01-10-20) and Michael was at our home again yesterday. Michael is a very nice, professionally acting technician and appears to know his job well. Michael had returned to install the new part to our washer. He did so in a short amount of time. Paid via credit card. After Michael left, my wife decided to go into the laundry area and start our wash. She immediately noticed a scratch across the front of the slider drawer that contains the new washer detergent dispenser. This scratch was never there before Michael installed the new part yesterday. What happened? We are asking for a new slider drawer. After several loads of laundry yesterday and today, the detergent dispenser appears to still contain the same amount of detergent as before Michael arrived at our home originally. Also, I set the washer on "White" and then adjusted the water temperature (as I always had done for 5 years before these issues happened). Before long, there was a signal sounding and an error note in the washer window. Same 2 issues as before. We paid almost $200.00 on this one part/labor alone. Added to the previous two charges, we've paid almost the cost of a new washer. I think that is what we need to do and forget about Appliance Repair Services. The repairman diagnosed the washer had a short-circuit on the winding of the electric motor and needed a replacement motor. The cost of repair would be higher than a new washer (the one that died was a Maytag that was 2.5 years old) so we decided not to repair it.

I’m very sad and upset that Michael was so annoyed that he rolled his eyes when I asked if he could show me what he had explained verbally. He didn’t put back the cover to machine hook-up square. Unfortunately, Michael was very angry he had to wait for me. His tone when he called to ask my eta was dripped with discontent.

Entire unit is empty except for a few frozen pop cycles placed inside freezer. Found freezer manual knob adjustment set to max. Tech instructed cx on how adjustment knob works and placed back to recommended.Found RC temp control set to #1 (warmest setting)Tech set to recommended setting. Entered diagnostics and found no fault codes stored, ran auto service test with both husband and wife present. Cx is concerned unit does not put enough soap into the unit from the load and go system and were concerned about the water level. They felt water level should have been higher. Unit passed all cycles as designed with no issues. Unit ops are normal with no issues to note. Tech was asked to manually adjust water and soap levels but they are as designed.
