I’m very disappointed because we have had temp issues with our refrigerator but have not gotten resolution. When the tech left he said he’d call the next morning with info on why our freezer wall is icing up but I never heard from him. The temp issues in both frig and freezer have not been handled yet I had to pay for an expensive service call. I also don’t like that you can’t talk to a real person if you call with questions. Very dissatisfied...

He was only at my house about 20 min, said it was a plug in the hose. However I ran a quick wash after he left and it left some water in the tub of the dishwasher. The next day I ran the dishwasher again and it didn’t drain at all. Still broken
