He rushed through the whole thing, didn't even check dryer. Said outlet needed to be rewired. When asked why because we've been using it and it's been working fine all this time. Dryer works it's just not hot.. He was rushing and said just get it fix then call the repair line and left not allowing us to ask further questions.

Was here for 10-15 min tops. Went on about stuff I already knew about. Like I haven’t been doing laundry religiously all these years and like I’m not up to date with technology. Started looking at the unit right away but didn’t even get a chance to see what he was fiddling with because I had to grab paperwork he requested. Told me it was a customer error I was not “loading it right”. I could’ve told you I know that clothes have to be even all the way around. Didn’t tell me about any extra smart functions it does. The sound I initially heard was with clothes actually in it. He just ran it without the clothes in it. Of course they sound different without. If he would’ve said hey it’s a different motor then what they used in the other whirlpool touch screen that I was so used to (model WTW7500GC0) man I LOVED that machine, perfect model. Easy to understand. Never gave any issues. This new one is also touch screen with an impeller but only difference is it’s a bulk load and go and I know the models different but they are similar. I just wanted him to listen to what I was hearing on the machine but he was anxious to leave after only being here 10 min. I also inquired about a popping noise in the dryer It happens every 4 min. still he ran it and was like it’s fine. Well of course cuz there’s no clothes in it and you only ran it for 1 min if that. He suggested it might’ve been zippers well that would be true except I tested it before with just 2 light weight robes (of course the robes had no metal hardware on them) . Oh on top of that the appt was suppose to be scheduled between 12-4 it actually showed 10-2 but I didn’t change it because I’d have to wait a whole 40 min to get in touch with Customer Service. oh well thanks for nothing.
