There was a problem with my scheduled service date and time. The repairman came on the wrong day and he said he did not receive the information that my service date and time had been rescheduled. I was on my way out when he arrived. I was not impressed with this company's staff to let something like this happen.....

Service employee didn't listen to me. Asked if I had a warranty on product. I said "no." He made call and found out I didn't have a warranty in force and acted peeved! I told him I said "no." He just mumbled.

Bad experience with the teach he has no respect using F×××K You word in front of my daughter and my 5 yr old grand kid and my contractor he was not professional he digones in 3 minutes without the tools he suppose to use very bed

Parts delay, but happy with service

Ten days from first call to repair due to parts delay. Luckily we have our old frig in the garage. Appointments cancelled twice at the last minute due to parts issues. Technician was professional.

Good customer service

Customer is good. The problem I have is that the tech is unable to remedy the issues with the ice machine in the refrigerator due to poor engineering of the product. Ice comes out without being dispensed and using crush ice feature caused the area to ice up and not dispense any ice. Not happy with the product because of these issues.

Took forever to approve repair

Ethan the repair guy was great. Did everything he could to help me out. But from the time he came out to check on the Dishwasher until he came back with a part was over two and half weeks. The repair would not get approved. It took calling the company multiple times as well as a call to Best Buy to get the repair going. Then Ethan was sent out with the wrong part and had to come again 5 days later. Again, Ethan was great, but the repair did not go well at all.

Took too many times (4) trying to figure out how to fix. Dishwasher worked but had an add salt light on even though it was full. Now the dishwasher isn’t working. It wasn’t hooked back up properly after last part install. We are going to need service again because of this. Also, tech never showed during time slot we were given.
