Our technician came in and evaluated our washer diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the replacement parts and as soon as they came in he scheduled a return appointment (the next day) replaced the panel and was gone within 15 min.

Ceasar the appliance repair man was great. The customer service at the office was the worst I have ever dealt with. The woman I spoke with flat out lied and then bad mouthed Whirlpool saying that they lie to customers to make them look better.

Missed a problem
