"The control board was replaced because unit was just going from starting to finish within couple of minutes after replacing unit started again this time started agitating and sensing no further issues, job completed. The service repair workers you sent out have no clue at all how to repair !
Three or four workers I’ve come but none of them I’ve been able to figure out, the issue that was caused by you when the first one changed the panel ever since my soap dispenser does not dispense the soap. I would say that the last person that came was a little bit more knowledgeable than the two first ones but still not repaired. Your company needs to hire people with more experience and train them properly!!! I’m really not happy at all about all of this! So much waste of time and frustration!!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Whirlpool and ARS. We’ve been having repeated problems with my KitchenAid appliances. My fridge is been leaking water ever since both doors were replaced las Friday 14. Saturday morning I woke up to find a puddle of water on my kitchen floor. The tech confirmed the leak and said it was the new fridge door was defective. Since then, I’ve being calling you guys, ARS and Best Buy, but both are giving me the run around. In the meantime, I’m running out of warranty which ends in August.
