"F8E3 error code found I ran a full diagnostics on unit check drain hose, inlet hose and drain pump and found that the bellow was not secured correctly. Found leaking from bottom of Bellow; I just did the Bellow and no more water is leaking anymore. unit working as designed."

They tried to charge me $135 for a water hose that only cost $34.00 directly from Whirlpool. Jose failed to give me the actual part number of the part that I needed therefore I end up purchasing a hose that I didn’t need to begin with. They charged $165.00 for a service call that should have been waived with the service. Call another appliance repairman. And I’m not making this up these people are highway robbery!
