I would not recommend your service to anyone. Austin came out for Whirlpool warranty and told me that a part needed to be ordered and the next thing I hear from Whirlpool saying he advised them there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator. I called your company to try to figure out the situation and was told I could not speak to Austin directly since he was busy working. I have since had another repairman from another company sent from Whirlpool who diagnosed the problem and resolved the situation. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted and being lied to while having to wait longer for an essential appliance to be repaired.
