The process started with Ray from Whirlpool who ensured that we would get my oven repaired when the glass on the door started falling off. The oven was brand new, so this obviously shouldn’t have happened. I got a call from the appointment center and we booked the appointment for days later. I got several confirmations which was great. The night before they gave me a 2 hour time frame and the day of I got a 15-20 min heads up that the technician was coming. The process was super clear and organized. Leon called when he arrived and was friendly and ready to work. He took some photos and a look at the oven then stepped out to get the parts and tools. He wasn’t sure he had everything he needed but attempted to fix it anyway and he did. Clearly a seasoned professional, it took him about 15 mins and he was on his way. He said it was hard to fix, but I would never have know with how quick and quiet he was. Overall I am very pleased.
