What a joke! This company is useless ... couldn’t help me at all with any of the problems with my brand new washer - they weren’t sent by Whirlpool ... I’ll never buy a Maytag or whirlpool again or use this company!

Waited a week for service, service man showed up, said he didn't have parts, parts would be available on a Friday, get a call that parts aren't available, never serviced my dryer. Still waiting. That was a month ago.

this answer is on the total service. it took a week for the tech to get to my problem, we had emptied out and put food on ice.. removed shelves and cleaned. it took another 4 working days to get parts. Repairmen arrived fixed fridge didn't leave broken pa
