Poor connection between the technicians that caused me to throw all the food in the freezer. For someone that doesn’t have a second fridge it’s going to cost them a lot. It’s been a three weeks and my fridge hasn’t been fixed yet it’s not working completely

I’ve had multiple senior appliance guys work on my less then a year old refrigerator. The wait time is unacceptable for a person who has been having issues. I didn’t have a refrigerator for 3 MONTH! I’m extremely disappointed in Whirlpool and Appliance Repair Specialist.
