Unit not heating. I found failed ignitor. Ignitor that was pre ordered was defective in box. Ordering ignitor. Customer needs 7am-9am on return. Gate code #9231 2nd gate. ; ordrng 1 W11590294 (Ignitor)

Unit not heating. I found ignitor not glowing. I disassembled dryer and thermostat reset. Tested unit. All tests good.

Unit shaking excessively in spin. I found weak suspension causing issue. Removed and replaced suspension rods. Tested rods. All tests good.
