"The bottom mullion at the bottom of the fresh food compartment came off, the soldering spots broke off. The mullion is allowing hot air in leading to condensation and frost inside. Called the technical department, the unit was deemed unrepairable and is submitted for exchange review. The manufacturer will contact the customer to arrange the next step.SR 7735973444"

"The customer was concerned about the fresh food compartment not cooling properly. On arrival, checked the temperature for both compartments, they checked fine. 38F in the fresh food section, and 2F in the freezer. The customer actually had a thermometer in the fresh food compartment which has a section between 30F & 40F labeled REF. Pointed that out to the customer, and how the needle was resting in that area. The unit is working as designed."

"F10e4. Accessed the diverter motor harness connection, it was loose, corrected the connection. Cleared error code, ran diagnostics, the unit went through diagnostics cycle properly, did not prompt any error codes. Ran a normal cycle, the unit filled and started washing properly. The unit is not anchored down to the cabinet, it doesnt seem to slide back all the way. Pointed that out to the customer, and advised him to correct the installation. The unit is now working as designed."

Juan is a knowledgeable service technician. He went through the logical steps to repair my new dryer. It did take several visits, but finally the broken wheel was replaced (for the second time) and my dryer is working perfectly. Juan is patient, thorough, clean & friendly.

I think the fixing service itself is great — the servicemen are good, and appliance repair notifies me in a prompt manner of their arrival.
I’m giving this two stars, however, because I think there’s more the customer service team could have done. Whirlpool wasn’t communicating to me on when the parts order would come and when i finally was able to reach them, they said the parts order was submitted 2 weeks after my serviceman arrived which is one of the reasons why it was taking so long to get my fridge fixed. I asked ARS for updates as well but they just kept blaming Whirlpool rather than giving me a specific answer. They could have done more to get details from Whirlpool but I had to do everything between the 2 companies.
